Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours of operation?
We provide a super luxury but cozy experience for your pup out of our own home, as long as you see available booking space, we are available. Normal drop off and pick up time should be between 8am to 7pm, but exception can be arranged.
What are your rates?
We aim to offer exceptional care at a fair price, typically keeping our rates below the average market price. Our standard rates are $38 for daycare and $45 per night for overnight boarding. Due to seasonal demand and limited space, pricing may fluctuate slightly, so we recommend checking our real-time availability and rates through our online booking system.
We also value our loyal clients—those with well-socialized, compatible pups may qualify for VIP status, which includes exclusive discounts and priority booking.
Do you offer discount for extended stay?
Yes, we offer 10% off for any stay that is longer than 5 days. This does not combine with any other discounts.
What kind of payment do you accept?
As this is more of a passion project than a traditional business, our preferred payment methods are Cash or Zelle. If you’d like to pay by credit card, we recommend booking through our Rover profile (linked in the top right corner of our menu), which provides a secure and easy way to manage your reservation and payment.
What do I need to bring for my dog’s first day?
For overnight boarding, we recommend bringing anything that will help your pup feel safe and at home—such as their own bed, blanket, crate, or favorite toy. While we provide all the essentials, familiar items can help reduce anxiety and make the transition smoother.
We also suggest bringing your dog’s regular food to maintain consistency in their diet and avoid any digestive issues. If your pup is on any medication, please include clear instructions so we can ensure they stay on schedule.
Do you accept all breeds?
To ensure a safe and peaceful environment for our regular guests—and especially our own beloved schnauzer babies—we welcome small to medium-sized dogs with low to moderate energy levels. While we don’t accept high-energy or large breeds as a general rule, we occasionally make exceptions based on a dog’s temperament and behavior during our evaluation process. Our top priority is maintaining a calm, friendly atmosphere where every pup can feel safe and at ease.
What vaccinations are required?
We require up-to-date records for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough). Flea and tick prevention is also strongly recommended. Any additional health conditions or requirement, we advice to fill out our Customer Form as detail as possible during the Registration process.
What if my dog has special needs or medication?
No problem! Just let us know in advance, and we’ll follow your instructions for administering medication or accommodating special needs.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
If your pup prefers one-on-one attention, we offer solo play sessions and enrichment activities tailored just for them.
What sets you apart from other dog sitters or dog camps?
We’ve created something truly special—a safe, spacious, and home-like resort designed specifically for small to medium-sized dogs. Unlike traditional kennels or dog camps, our pups enjoy freedom, comfort, and personal attention throughout their stay. There’s no confinement here (unless needed for safety)—just cozy couches, comfy beds, a large secure yard to run and play, and hundreds of toys and treats to keep tails wagging all day long.
What truly sets us apart is the level of individual love and care we provide. Each dog is treated like family, with one-on-one attention, enrichment, and social playtime in a setting that feels like home—not a facility. It’s a place where dogs that wouldn’t typically enjoy a dog park can safely socialize, explore, and thrive. To learn more, click About from the Top Menu
