Booking Sytem Tutorial

Registration Process

1. Click “Sign In” – First time user, start by clicking the Sign In link located near the top of the calendar.
2. Create a New Account – On the login screen, click on “Create a new user account.”
3. Enter Your Details – Provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. Then click Create to continue.
4. Complete the One-Time Questionnaire – Fill out all the required information on the next page. This helps us better prepare for hosting your pups, so please be as detailed and accurate as possible. Once finished, click Submit.
5. Access the Booking System – After submitting the questionnaire, you’ll automatically be logged into the booking system and ready to schedule your pup’s stay.
   

General Layout Overview

1. If you’re not already logged in, click Sign In and enter the email and password you used to create your account.
2. Our booking system offers three options: Boarding, Daycare, and Meet & Greet. Each option follows a similar layout with slight differences during the booking process.
3. Top Bar (Small Text with Grey Background), your will find:,
   • Your login information
   • Account credit (if any)
   • Sign Out option
   • Your Settings
     • The Your Settings section allows you to update your login credentials, contact details, and information about your fur baby.
4. Viewing Options – You can view the calendar in several formats:
   • Month, Week, Day – Standard calendar views
   • Agenda – A chronological list of all your upcoming reservations
     • Making Changes: You can edit your reservation up to 1 day prior to the booking start date
     • Show History: Displays a list of all your past bookings.
   • Available – A list view showing availability by date
     • Note: We typically host a maximum of three pups per night, with rare exceptions.
       
5. Legend (Right Panel): Each day has up to three colored blocks representing the available spots.
   If all three blocks are filled, that date is fully booked and no further reservations can be made

Booking Dog Boarding

1. Ensure You’re Logged In and in the Right Calendar: Make sure you are logged in and viewing the Doggy Boarding Calendar. (Each booking type—Boarding, Daycare, and Meet & Greet—uses a separate system with slight variations.)
2. Start a New Booking – Click on your desired date to begin. A New Reservation window will pop up.
3. Enter Reservation Details
   • Fill out all required information.
   • Note: Boarding is calculated by number of days, so be sure to specify both Drop-Off and Pick-Up times.
4. Review Pricing
   • The price shown reflects the total cost for the entire stay, with any applicable discounts already included.
   • Extended Stays (5+ days) automatically receive a 10% discount.
   • VIP clients receive a 20% discount automatically.
   • Some long-time clients may see a special locked-in rate grandfathered into the system.
   • If something doesn’t look right, don’t worry—no payment is required to make a reservation. Feel free to contact me directly with any concerns.
5. Finalize the Reservation
   • Once everything looks good, click Create Reservation.
   • You’ll receive an automated confirmation email shortly afterward.

Booking a Daycare

• Booking daycare is very similar to the boarding process, with a few key differences:
  • Specify the Start and End Time – Choose the drop-off and pick-up hours for the same day.
  • Single-Day Reservations Only – Each daycare reservation must begin and end on the same calendar day—it cannot span multiple dates
  • Repeat Option Available – To schedule recurring daycare visits, use the “Repeat” dropdown menu to apply the same reservation across multiple days.
• Once all information is complete, click Create Reservation to finalize your booking.

Booking a Meet & Greet

• The process for booking a Meet & Greet is similar to the other two options, with a few key differences:
  • 30-Minute Time Blocks – Each Meet & Greet session is scheduled in a 30-minute time slot.
  • Earliest Start Time: 8:00 AM
    • The first available session each day begins at 8:00 AM.
    • You can select your preferred time using the date/time field—available options are shown in 30-minute intervals.
  • No Cost – The purpose of M&G is to make sure our pups are compatible and you feel comfortable leaving your fur babies with us.
