After years of caring for dogs and loving every moment of it, I finally decided to take the next step—I registered on Rover.com. This isn’t just about starting a side gig; it’s about embracing what I love most and sharing it with others. Dogs have been a huge part of my life, and while the extra income is nice, my real motivation comes from the joy they bring. This journey is about opening my home and heart to more furry friends while giving them a safe, loving, and fun place to stay.
A big part of this decision is honoring the memory of my beloved Frasier Sr., who was by my side for 15 wonderful years. Losing him was heartbreaking, but my biggest regret was not spending as much time with him as I wish I had. Life got busy, and I took for granted that he would always be there. Now, with our two Mini Schnauzer pups, Hershey and Frasier Jr., I’m making a promise to do things differently. Not only do I want to be more present for them, but I also want to give them something I never gave Frasier Sr.—the chance to socialize, play, and bond with other dogs.
This isn’t just a business; it’s a passion project filled with love, healing, and dedication. Every dog that walks through our doors isn’t just a guest—they’re family. I want to provide a home away from home, where they’re safe, happy, and cared for just as I would want for my own. I’m excited for this new journey, not just for myself but for every pup that comes into our lives. Here’s to new friendships, wagging tails, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
